Snob mark
A trade mark which, if trade marks displayed personality traits, would be wealthy, show off and complain loudly about others taking a free ride on their esteem. See Sir Robin Jacob's speech to the INTA Annual Meeting, San Francisco, 17 May 2011 (reported here by the IPKat).
