The Dictionary has leapt about 1.7 million places in the Amazon bestseller charts, to no 76,049, and 8 in law dictionaries. Does this mean that one copy has been sold, or is it better news than that? Maybe with the publication any day now of the paperback I should get accustomed to being so high up the ratings - but on the other hand, perhaps not ...
