The publishers' website, and Amazon, are offering the Dictionary in paperback now, though it won't be available for a little while yet. You can pre-order for only £30, less if you order online from Edward Elgar. There are also several sources from which you can buy electronic editions - cheaper than the hardback, a little more than the paperback, as far as I can see.
