A touchscreen device, particularly a tablet computer, to which its owner appears unnaturally attached. Defined in the Urban Dictionary here, by someone who does not know how to use an apostrophe: a greengrocer, perhaps. While the mobile 'phone patent wars continued to rage, a new front opened up with manufacturers of such devices under siege from the owners (but rarely the first owners) of assorted patents that they were alleged to infringe (see, for example, here), which is sufficient, if somewhat nebulous, reason to provide a definition here.
