Dictionaries of Intellectual Property

I'd have been delighted to have been the first in the field, but dictionaries of intellectual property keep popping up. I recently came across this one by New York patent attorney Aloys John Michel and Kurt Kelman (whose status is not mentioned), published in 1954. I hope that means that it's out of date.
